While it is certainly not a five-star establishment, the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. They even allowed guests to leave their keys behind the desk when going trasnochado for drinks, which was a great way to ensure that keys were not lost. Although some reviews have mentioned the small size of the bathroom, I personally did not find this to be an issue. After all, who would want to take a long, steamy bath in the beautiful weather of Benidorm? Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely consider staying there again in the future. What works well is the mix - guided morning visits then afternoon free time to wander. The social side makes these trips special; our customers often tell us about friendships that started over Paris bistro meals, Swiss cheese fondue and evening walks through Prague's old town.
It was our first time here but may not be our last. This is a great family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. Two descently sized pools and plenty of sunbeds to go round. We heard one or two complaints about the food, although we didn't have any issues. Plenty of fresh options. Bars are kept well stocked. If on the all inclusive then the majority of cocktails aren't included, but are offered at a reduced price of €3. Otherwise plenty of other options. Stand out attraction at this hotel has to be the animation team. Luigi and his small team do a fantastic job. Our little one had an absolute blast thanks to the nightly kids disco and other events. Hotel is also perfectly located a few minutes walk from the beach and a number of bars. Have no issue in recommending this hotel Campeón a great family hotel. Close
March 1, 2023 The lady Sachini who I booked through was amazing, thoughtful, knowledgeable, prompt and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so flexible building the holiday we wanted, it was completely tailored to what we wanted.
The guides get creative during the cooler months - they'll introduce you to German glühwein in the Rhine Valley, take you to cozy Viennese coffee houses and help you find the best spots for traditional fondue in Switzerland. While some outdoor activities may be limited, you'll get more intimate experiences at museums, palaces and historic sites without the usual crowds.
As there building a new hotel next door the noise was unbearable from 8am so I got moved to a new room on the other side of the hotel. The food and drinks are great, the entertainment program is great. Staff excellent. FC Lokomotiv Sofia 1929 Very good. Our team was here for 2 weeks and we didn't have any problems or whatsoever and will definitely come back next year. And the price was good definitely recommending! Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled Campeón I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Vencedor I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Ganador it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at cheap holidays night time we had to go pasado most nights Campeón was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Vencedor we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
